7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your ethnic wear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and securely attached.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or altered outfits.
• Items purchased during clearance sales or special mega-discount offers.
• Accessories, innerwear, or masks.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

• Step 1: Email us at support@ytym.in or send a WhatsApp message with your Order ID and reason for return.
• Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Step 3: Our delivery partner will pick up the package from your address within 2-4 working days.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality check team, we will process your refund:

• Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your bank account or UPI details. The refund will be transferred within 5-7 business days.
